Service
Mitchell Marketing offers a few different services to help a website achieve greater visibility
online. In an effort to help you understand each piece of the services, we compiled these terms. If

Guarantees
With regard to SEO and PPC service returns, there are no guarantees
on the amount of traffic, rankings, or other increases in status online. These metrics are
sometimes determined by factors that are out of our control. However, Mitchell Marketing can
and does indeed guarantee that the work we do will be done so with the utmost integrity and
quality. We have a strong ethical responsibility to provide the best service possible, and do
so within the guidelines set forth by the major search engines. These responsibilities ensure
that not only will your site increase it's potential online, they will also prevent your site
from being banned or penalized because of our
services.
Responsibilities
It is the responsibility of Mitchell Marketing to render
services as agreed upon by you and us. As such, it is the responsibility of the client to
produce the necessary information in order for Mitchell Marketing to provide these
services. Depending on the service, necessary information may include, but are not limited
to: company information, desired goals, desired changes, FTP access, authorization to make
changes to your website, authorization to make payments to Mitchell Marketing, desired images
to be placed on website designs,
etc.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
Ownership
The client shall be deemed the “author” or “owner” of any and all
data provided to Mitchell Marketing. During services provided, Mitchell Marketing may be
furnished or may otherwise receive or have access to information which relates to the
client's past, present or future products, vendor lists, creative works, marketing
strategies, pending projects and proposals, and other proprietary information which gives the
client an opportunity to acquire an advantage over its competitors who do not know or use the
proprietary information. Mitchell Marketing agrees to preserve and protect the
confidentiality of the proprietary information and all physical forms thereof, whether
disclosed before this agreement is signed or afterward. In addition, Mitchell Marketing shall
not disclose or disseminate the proprietary information to any third party and shall not use
the information for the benefit of any third party. Without limiting the generality of the
foregoing, Mitchell Marketing shall be prohibited from discussing the client or work with a
representative of the press or media, either directly or indirectly, without the client's
express prior written approval. Basically, we take our clients' information seriously, and
handle it as such.
